Well-maintained and lovely small place, I liked to be here.
There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was local. Exceptional service, even though a few employees were kind of rude. The location was perfect and comfortable, short walk to shopping centre with lots of eateries, bus stop, and Singapore Flyer, Marina Bay Sands and Merlion and MRT Station. Had tea and goodies at Costa Coffee, nestled 2 km of the hotel.

The beds were way to hard/firm. Sleeping on the floor would have been as comfortable. Requested two rooms together, this was not the case, checked in around 6pm - on been given both keys, one room had not. Even been stripped, let alone cleaned from the last guest

Shoe box rooms with no windows. We paid extra to move to a shoe-box room with a window. Air conditioning blew air straight onto our faces all night and sounded like a jet engine in idle. Not enough room for the baggage of anyone but an overnight traveller.

The hotel is in a great location, near the train and bus stations. It is really close to tourist locations, Bugis station, and famous tourist attractions. - the room was brand-new and well-kept, and breakfast was included.
